【摘要】 栗锦迁教授以黄连温胆汤为基础方,随证加减,或取其法而不用其方,治疗证属胆郁痰热、胆胃不和,以情志异常为主要表现的多种疾患;使用中强调其"清胆"作用,治疗以理气化痰、清胆和胃、清热除烦。医案一中眩晕属痰热郁阻证,医案二失眠属痰热扰神证,医案三心悸属痰热互结证,治以清热化痰、清热涤痰。栗主任强调黄连温胆汤的运用,要领会痰热、脾胃、情志几个关键点,如恶心欲呕、纳呆、大便不调、腹胀满等脾胃系症状,以及心烦、胆怯、头晕、失眠、头痛等情志方面的表现。本方结合不同的加减可以治疗心悸、脏躁、眩晕、急慢性胃炎、胃及十二指肠溃疡、习惯性便秘等。更多还原

【Abstract】 Professor LI Jin-qian treats several diseases characterized by mental disorder which belongs to the syndrome of stagnated gallbladder Qi with disturbing phlegm or incoordination between gallbladder and stomach by using Huanglian Wendan decoction as basic formula, or taking the method of this decoction without using it. When using this decoction, Professor LI Jin-qian emphasizes on the function of clearing gallbladder by using the methods of regulating Qi-flowing for eliminating phlegm, clearing away gallbladder-heat and regulating the stomach, or clearing heat and relieving fidgetness. There are 3 cases, which are treated by clearing heat and dissipating phlegm. In case 1, dizziness belongs to the syndrome of phlegm-heat stasis. In case 2, insomnia belongs to the syndrome of phlegm heat disturbing mind. In case 3, palpitation belongs to the syndrome of phlegm heat disturbing the heart. When using Huanglian Wendan de-coction, Professor LI Jin-qian emphasizes that we should comprehend phlegm heat, spleen and stomach, and emotion of the patient, which present the symptoms, such as nausea, anorexia, abdominal distention, and stool irregularities, which belongs to the symptoms of digestive system; annoyance, timidity and headache, which belongs to the symptoms of emotional system.
