桑蚕雌蛾10℃冷藏适宜时间的筛选

【摘要】 为了筛选出桑蚕雌蛾在10℃温度条件下的适宜冷藏时间,以贵蚕1号、两广二号、洞庭×碧波等原蚕雌雄蛾为试验材料,进行不同时间冷藏后的交配产卵试验,调查桑蚕雌蛾的耐冷藏性和冷藏后的交配产卵效果。结果表明,在温度10℃和相对湿度75%条件下冷藏,桑蚕雌蛾的耐冷藏性因品种不同有差异,从交配能力看,参试的6个原蚕品种的交配能力排序为:826>827>洞庭>湘·7>芙·9>碧波。产卵效果因品种和时间不同也有差异,在10℃温度、相对湿度75%条件下,中系原蚕雌蛾827、芙·9、洞庭的适宜冷藏时间为24 h;日系原蚕雌蛾826、湘·7的适宜冷藏时间为24~96 h,碧波原蚕雌蛾的适宜冷藏时间为24~48 h。

【Abstract】 In order to filter out the optimum storage time of Bombyx Mandarina females at 10 ℃ temperature, taking Gui can NO.1,Liang Guang NO.2,Dongting×Bi bo and other male and female silkworm moth as the test material and spawning mating tests of different time after cold storage. Refrigerated resistance of Bombyx Mandarina females mate and spawn effect after cold storage and were investigated. The results showed that at temperatures of 10 ℃ and relative humidity of 75% under the condition of frozen, for cold tolerance of Bombyx Mandarina females, there were differences among the varieties, from the perspective of mating ability the sorts of tested 6 silkworm varieties were 826 >827 >Dongting >Xiang·7 >Fu·9 >Bi bo. Spawning effect due to varieties and time different also had differences,at 10 ℃ temperature and relative humidity 75%,appropriate storage time of original silkworm 827, and Fu·9, and Dongting of female moth was 24 h;day optimum storage time for department original silkworm 826, and Xiang·7 of female moth was24~96 h;suitable time for cold storage of female moths of Bi bo original silkworm female moth was 24~48 h.
