电感耦合等离子体质谱法同时测定冬枣中多种元素的含量
Study on Simultaneous Determination of Multiple Elements in Chinese Winter Jujube with Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry
【摘要】 采用微波消解冬枣样品,建立了利用电感耦合等离子体质谱技术同时测定冬枣中钠(Na)、钾(K)、钙(Ca)、镁(Mg)、铁(Fe)、锰(Mn)、铜(Cu)、锌(Zn)、镍(Ni)、钼(Mo)、铅(Pb)、镉(Cd)、铬(Cr)、砷(As)、硒(Se)等15种元素的分析方法。方法检出限为0.039~0.62μg·L-1,相对标准偏差为1.41%~5.78%。通过苹果标准物质(GBW10019)的验证,该方法具有准确、快速、灵敏度高等特点,适合于冬枣中15种元素的同时测定。
【Abstract】 A method was established for the simultaneous determination of multiple elements in Chinese winter jujube,such as Na,K,Ca,Mg,Fe,Mn,Cu,Zn,Ni,Mo,Pb,Cd,Cr,As and Se.Samples were digested with microwave digestion system and measured with inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS).The detection limits of fifteen elements ranged from 0.039 μg·L-1to 0.62μg·L-1.The relative standard deviation(RSD) ranged from 1.41% to 5.78%.According to the recoveries of standard addition of each element and the certified values of the national apple standard(GBW10019).This method is accurate,rapid and sensitive.It can be used for simultaneous determination of fifteen elements in Chinese winter jujube.
