【摘要】 在当前推进以人为核心的城镇化进程中,农民工成为推动有条件农村居民进城落户的主力军。以西安城六区农民工为例,通过对农民工的经济需求、社会需求等进行梳理,并采用Logistic模型对影响农民工城市落户需求的因素进行分析,发现婚姻状况、获得更高经济收入、让子女获得更好教育、寻求更多发展机会、家人亲朋赞同态度、进城具备条件能力判断、城市人均住房面积、城市买房意愿、宅基地置换房产意愿、责任田放弃意愿、土地政策了解程度、城市生活适应度、市民待遇重要性、户籍重要性、户籍解决麻烦作用15个变量对农民工的城市落户需求影响显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the process of urbanization with human as the core,migrant workers become the main force to promote the rural residents in cities.In this paper,through the investigation of Xi’an City District Six migrant workers to sort out migrant workers of family economic needs,social needs,and use Logistic model to analyze factors that affect the demand of migrant workers family,we find there are 15 significant variables,including marital status,higher economic income,better education for children, more development opportunities,the attitude of family relatives,the judge of ability,the condition of urban housing area per capita,the will of buying house,the will of homestead replacement property,the will of giving up their land,the policy of land,the understanding degree of city life,the importance of treatment of urbanization,and the importance of household registration,and the effect from household registration to solve problems.更多还原
