溶剂热法制备β-Ni(OH)2/C复合材料及其超级电容性能研究
Solvothermal synthesis and supercapacitance of β-Ni(OH)2/C composites
【摘要】 以单质碘为催化剂,以无水乙醇为溶剂和碳源,采用溶剂热法制备了Ni(OH)2/C复合材料,研究了催化剂量对Ni(OH)2/C复合材料颗粒形貌和电化学性能的影响.结果表明:产物为非球形的β-Ni(OH)2/C复合材料;当I2与Ni(OH)2的质量比为3/5时,Ni(OH)2的平均晶粒粒径最小,为16.3 nm,并呈现出最佳电化学性能:当电流密度为1 A/g时,其比容量高达1 200.0 F/g,同时具有很好的大电流充放电性能,当电流密度为5 A/g时放电比容量达到937.5 F/g,保持率约为78%.
【Abstract】 Ni(OH)2/C composites were synthesized by solvothermal carbonization method using iodine as catalyst,ethanol as solvent and carbon source. The influence of the catalyst amount on the morphology and electrochemical performance of the materials were investigated. The results indicate that the composites are non-spherical particles, and the one obtained by using I2/Ni(OH)2= 3/5(mass ratio) shows the smallest crystallite size(16.3nm) and the best electrochemical performance. The as synthesized composite exhibits a high specific capacitance of 1 200.0 F/g at a current density of 1 A/g, and 937.5 F/g at 5 A/g,i.e. a retention rate of ca. 78%.
