【摘要】 在国内外中小学教师培训研究逐渐专业性需求化的背景下,本课题组以长白山保护开发区中小学教师培训需求为调查对象,采用调查问卷、实地访谈法,对培训需求动因与机会、授课者选择需求、形式与内容需求、目前培训满意度与效果四个维度进行调查研究.结果表明:教师专业化成长需求受到传统教育管理观念的严重制约,现行培训满意度和效果只能达到中等偏下水平,培训需求专业化个性化趋势日益明显.针对问题和趋势,本课题组提出三大策略性建议,结合旅游经济型区域特色探索出能服务于本区域发展的以需求为导向的有效培训模式,为教师个性化、专业化实效性成长,全力实现教育部全员培训的初衷奠定基础.更多还原

【Abstract】 On the basis of professional demand of primary and secondary school teachers in Changbai mountain protection development zone,some related training contents,such as motivation,instructor choose demand,form,satisfaction and effect,are studied depending on questionnaire survey and field interview. The results show that traditional education idea is very serious. Normal satisfaction and effect of training is in the lower level. It is obvious that professional demand is necessary. Therefore,a new training mode is provided in this paper. It is meaningful for realizing training all workers and staff.更多还原
