High cycle fatigue(HCF) of Ti-600 alloy had been tested at a frequency of 100 Hz or so and load ratio R of 0.1,and the effect of rare earth element content on fatigue fracture behavior at ambient temperature was also analyzed. The results indicate that the HCF strength for Ti-600 alloy with 0.1 wt. % Y and 0.2 wt. % Y at ambient temperature is found to be 537 MPa and 500 MPa,and the strength for Ti-1100 matrix alloy is 605 MPa.
