彩色多普勒超声联合MRI对小乳腺癌的诊断

【摘要】 目的:探讨彩色多普勒超声联合MRI对小乳腺癌诊断的准确率。方法:选择2012年1月至2015年5月该院确诊为小乳腺癌的患者90例为研究对象,并均经病理确诊为小乳腺癌。90例患者均进行彩色多普勒超声检测和MRI检测,对彩色多普勒超声和MRI单独检测以及两种联合检测准确率及良恶性肿瘤的诊断情况进行比较。结果:单纯彩色多普勒超声检测的准确率为60.00%,单纯MRI检测的准确率为58.88%,联合检测的准确率为93.33%。联合检测的准确率明显高于单纯检测方法,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合检测的敏感性、特异性、阳性预测值及阴性预测值明显高于单纯彩色多普勒超声和MRI检测,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:彩色多普勒超声联合MRI对小乳腺癌诊断的准确性很高,值得临床推广应用。

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the accuracy of color Doppler ultrasound combined with MRI in the diagnosis of small breast cancer. Methods: From January 2012 to May 2015,90 patients with small breast cancer were selected as the research objects,and they were diagnosed as small breast cancer by pathology. Color Doppler ultrasound and MRI detection were performed in 90 patients. The diagnostic accuracy of color Doppler ultrasound and MRI alone and two kinds of combined detections were compared. Results: The accuracy rate of pure color Doppler ultrasonic detection was 60. 00%,the accuracy rate of MRI was 58. 88%,and the accuracy rate of combined detection was 93. 33%. The accuracy of combined detection was significantly higher than that of the simple detection method,the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). The sensitivity,specificity,positive predictive value and negative predictive value of combined detection were significantly higher than those of pure color Doppler ultrasound and MRI detection,and the differences were statistically significant( P < 0. 05).Conclusion: The accuracy rate of color Doppler ultrasound combined with MRI in the diagnosis of small breast cancer is very high,it is worthy of clinical application.
