【Abstract】 The vicissitudes 60 years of Chinese legal construction,has been demonstrating the rule of law is the best way of governing the state. The Fouth Plenary Session of the 18 th Central Committee of CPC,choosing"rule of law"as the theme,draws the grand blueprint of rule of law in China. It must advocate the spirit of the rule of law and cultivate law belief in the whole society for the construction country under the rule of law. It establishes the credibility of rule of law and contributes to the formation of the public law belief by enforcement strictly,impartial justice,law realization and good governance. Thus law faith is the important guarantee to realize the rule of law and the faith cultivation is the only way for the construction country under the rule of law.更多还原
