GCS220型轨道车空气压缩机故障分析及技术改进

【摘要】 针对近年来GCS220型轨道车运行时制动系统中风源达不到使用要求而影响正常行车的情况,分析空气压缩机故障产生的原因,提出改进风压控制方式、改进减荷阀安装方式及加强空气压缩机日常维护的解决方法。经实际验证,改进后的空气压缩机安全性能及技术性能良好,改进效果明显。

【Abstract】 With a view to the fact that the air source has failed to meet operating requirements for the brake system during the operation of GCS220 rail car in recent years,which thus affects normal running,the paper analyzes fault causes for air compressor and puts forward solutions including improving air pressure control mode and easing valve installation mode as well as solutions to strengthen routine maintenance of air compressor.It has been actually verified that the improved air compressor is sound in safety and technical performance with a positive effect.
