【摘要】 应用RP-HPLC法,梯度洗脱分析11批泰山白首乌的甲醇提取物,建立泰山白首乌的指纹图谱。结果表明,不同来源泰山白首乌的甲醇提取物色谱图相近,特征共有峰7个,相对峰面积相差较大。建立的方法可用于泰山白首乌药材的鉴别和质量评价,为深入研究泰山白首乌的质量标准提供了实验基础。更多还原

【Abstract】 To establish the fingerprint chromatogram of Cynanchum bungei Decne,RP-HPLC and gradient elution were used to analyze the components of methanol extract of eleven batches of commodity C. bungei,. The HPLC chromatograms of C. bungei from the eleven batches were found similar with seven common characteristic peaks,but the relative areas of the peaks were notably different from each other.This method can be simply and exactly used in identifying and evaluating C. bungei,which provides experimental base for further quality control of it.更多还原
