【摘要】 我国东北地区分布有10余种野生树莓,其中以蓬蘽悬钩子资源占有量最大、浆果品质最好,深受当地民众喜爱。本试验以蓬蘽悬钩子和"丰满红"树莓为试材,测试分析了果实中主要营养成分及部分有效成分。结果表明,蓬蘽悬钩子果实中氨基酸和营养元素含量明显比"丰满红"果实高,其中人体必需氨基酸和Zn的含量较高,且鞣花酸含量丰富,具有广阔的开发利用前景。更多还原

【Abstract】 More than 10 species of wild raspberry distribute in Northeast China,the Rubus cratacgifolius Bunge holds the largest amount of resources,is the best quality berries,and loved by the local people. This paper analyzes and compared the major nutrient components and the active ingredients of the Rubus cratacgifolius Bunge and Feng Man Hong raspberry fruits. The results showed that the fruits of the Rubus cratacgifolius Bunge contained more amino acids and nutrients than Feng Man Hong raspberry fruits,which have higher essential amino acids and Zn,and the Ellagic acid was rich in the fruits,the Rubus cratacgifolius Bunge has broad prospects of development and utilization.更多还原
