【摘要】 运用问卷调查法、数理统计法、专家访谈法等方法对安徽省北部的蚌埠、中部的合肥、南部的芜湖三个地区的农村乡镇体育公共服务体系进行了调查,调查内容包括体育公共服务体系所涵内容的六个方面,即:体育公共服务政策法规、体育公共服务基础设施建设、体育公共服务组织机构和人才、体育公共服务的主体、体育公共服务的方式、体育公共服务的事业经费等.通过调查得知:安徽省农村乡镇体育公共服务体系存在诸多严重问题;造成这些问题的原因主要是规划不合理、资金不足、领导重视程度不够等.另外,农村民众健身意识不强、现有体育设施利用率不高的现象也普遍存在.针对这些现象提出加强投入、加强规划、加强宣传及加强引导的应对方案.更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper investigates the rural sports public service system in the three areas of Anhui province,in the north of Bengbu,in the central of Hefei and in the south of Wuhu by using the methods of questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics and expert interview. Six aspects in the sports public service system are surveyed: policies and regulations,infrastructure construction,organization and personnel,main bodies,ways and funds. After a series of investigations,the writer gets some findings: there are many serious problems in the rural sports public service system of Anhui province which mainly result from unreasonable plans,insufficient funds and a lack of awareness from the leaders. In addition,the fitness consciousness of the public in rural areas is not strong and the existing sports facilities have low utilization rate. In order to solve these problems,the writer puts forward some constructive solutions,such as increasing investment,enhancing planning,strengthening publicity and improving guidance.更多还原
