【Abstract】 "Chong Qi liang"is a verb-object phrase in wei jin southern and northern dynasties. Later it was gradually solidified into an idiom which meant talking about something on the other hand. And in the qing dynasty,this vocabulary became an adverb of mood which indicated subjective minor quantity. The structure of "Chong Qi liang + VP"is a tight structure that has a "concessions"meaning. And its subjective minor quantity emerged after it was compared with the implicit psychological referential quantity. "Chong Qi liang"is an adverb of mood that has high degree of subjectivization.
