炭/炭复合材料预制体针刺成型技术的研究进展
Progress on the needling technology of the C/C composite preform
【摘要】 炭纤维预制体是炭/炭(C/C)复合材料的增强结构,针刺预制体因其具有自动化程度高、生产周期短、成本低、层间强度高、可设计性强等优点,在C/C复合材料的应用日益成熟。本文综述了国内外针刺预制体成型技术的发展和应用现状,对比了国内外针刺C/C复合材料的性能差异,并对针刺技术的未来发展方向提出了建议。
【Abstract】 Carbon fiber preform is the reinforced structure of carbon/carbon composites.With advantages of high level of automation,short production duration,low cost,high interlaminar strength and outstanding designability,needling preforms are widely applied in carbon/carbon composites.Present research status at home and abroad of the technology of preparing preform of carbon composites by needling punched are summarized in this paper.Moreover,the domestic and foreign mechanical properties of carbon/carbon composites have been compared.And some suggestions for the further development of the needling technology are also given.
