低灰太西煤活性炭替代椰壳活性炭的工艺研究

【摘要】 通过分析椰壳活性炭结构特点,结合配煤孔控制技术及活性炭炭化、活化工艺,制备出的低灰太西煤活性炭,其各项性能参数都能接近椰壳活性炭。以实验研究为基础,优化实验成果,得出一条切实可行的实验方案,满足生产厂家要求,达到替代椰壳活性炭的目的。

【Abstract】 Through analyzing the characteristics of the structure of coconut shell activated carbon,coal blending hole control technology.activated charcoal carbonization and activation technology,the low ash Taixi anthracite carbon was prepared in this paper.Its various performance parameters are close to those of the coconut shell activated carbon.On the basis of experimental research and optimization of experimental results,a feasible experiment scheme is obtained,which meets the requirement of the manufacturer and achieve the purpose replaced coconut shell activated carbon.
