螺旋纳米碳纤维的制备与微观结构研究
Study on preparation and microstructure of helical carbon nanofibers
【摘要】 以酒石酸铜为催化剂前驱体,乙炔为碳源,在氩气保护下,通过化学气相沉积法制备螺旋纳米碳纤维,生产能耗较低,安全环保,重现性好,产品纯度高,适合工业化推广。在250℃、280℃、310℃、380℃的低能耗条件下,产品形貌差异不大,纤维表面纯净,无规则相互缠绕,产量大;产品直径在100~300nm间,产品为非晶态,结构不完整。480℃、580℃制备的产品螺旋规则、形貌均匀,直径在80nm左右;酒石酸铜在480℃及以上温度生成的部分纳米铜粒子气化,气化后的纳米铜粒子活性高且粒径大小基本相同,乙炔气体中的碳原子在气化的纳米铜粒子表面不断沉积,这是生长形貌均匀、螺旋规则的螺旋纳米碳纤维的关键。
【Abstract】 In this paper,tartaric acid copper was as a catalyst precursor,acetylene was as a source of carbon gases,helical carbon nanofibers were prepared by chemical vapor deposition method under argon gas.This method has lower energy consumption,safety and environmental protection,reproducible,high purity,and suitable for industrial promotion.In the low energy consumption condition of 250 ℃,280℃,310 ℃,380 ℃,the product appearance is not different,its surface is purity and irregular intertwine,its diameter is about 100 ~ 300 nm.The products is amorphous,its structure was incomplete.In 480℃and 580℃,the products is spiral rule and uniform morphology,its diameter is at about 80 nm.In 480 ℃ and above the temperature,the nano-copper particle is gasification generated by Tartaric acid copper.The nano-copper particle after gasification is high activity and the particle size is almost the same.The carbon atoms in acetylene gas are constantly deposited on the nano-copper particle after gasification.This is the key of preparation helical carbon nanofibers,which has the morphology of spiral rule and uniform morphology.
