挤压机挤压筒过盈配合接触问题的有限元分析
The Finite Element Machine Extrusion Cylinder With Interference Analysis of Contact Problems of Extrusion
【摘要】 文章应用有限单元法对大型挤压机设备过盈配合的扁孔预应力组合筒进行了分析研究,应用力法原理通过解出过盈配合接触力,了解了扁孔预应力组合挤压筒的结构力学特性,对用静力分析方法求解组合筒过盈配合接触力的方法进行了探索,并应用MARC程序进行了校核验证。
【Abstract】 This paper using finite element method to analyze the flat hole prestressed composite cylinder large extrusion equipment interference fit, the application of the principle of the force method by solving the interference fit contact force, understand the mechanical properties of flat hole prestressed composite extrusion cylinder, explore to the method of using the static analysis method for solving the combined cylinder interference contact force, and the application of MARC program are validated.
