卫生陶瓷变形缺陷克服与控制的试验研究

【摘要】 针对某洁具厂卫生陶瓷的变形问题,对其原有的坯体配方进行了改进,引入了废瓷粉和煤矸石。经过多次调试,优选出新配方。同时对配方中的减水剂进行了适当调整,使泥浆性能更稳定,提高了成坯率。测试表明:坯体的弯曲度由生产配方的37.12mm降低到试验配方的34.26mm。按该配方生产的389AT柜盆表面变形由生产配方的4~5mm降低到试验配方的1.5mm,新配方既提高了产品质量,又降低了生产成本,并节约能源,达到了预期的目的。

【Abstract】 For the deformation problem of a factory’s sanitary ceramics,the original body formula was improved by the introduction of waste porcelain powder and coal gangue.After several rounds of testing,the new formula is preferred.The water reducing agent of the company was adjusted,which made the mud property more stable,billet yield increased.Tests show:Curvature of the body reduced from the production of 37.12 mm to test formula of 34.26 mm.The surface deformation of 389 AT cabinet basin produced by this formula reduced down to 4~5mm compared with the production formula’s.The new formulation can not only improve the quality of products,but also reduce costs and save energy,which achieved the expected goal.
