【摘要】 目的探究伤椎置钉并椎体内植骨内固定应用于胸腰椎骨折治疗的效果。方法:选取本院2014年6月-2015年7月收治的88例胸腰椎骨折患者作为研究对象,随机将其分为对照组与观察组,对照组患者采用传统剥离伤椎椎旁肌肉手术治疗,观察组患者采用伤椎置钉并椎体内植骨内固定手术进行治疗,探究两组患者的手术治疗后的相关指标。结果观察组患者治疗后相关指标与对照组患者相比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 :伤椎置钉并椎体内植骨内固定应用于胸腰椎骨折治疗,治疗效果显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the vertebral pedicle screws and vertebral bone fixation applied within thoracolumbar fracture treatment effect. Method Take our hospital 88 cases of thoracolumbar fracture patients(June 2014- July 2015) as research subjects were randomly divided into a control group and the observation group and the control group were treated with conventional stripping vertebral paraspinal muscle surgery the observation group were treated with vertebral pedicle screw fixation and bone grafting surgery within the vertebral body treatment, explore related indicators of the two groups of patients after surgical treatment. Result After the observation group were treatment-related indicators compared to the control group of patients, there is a big difference(P < 0.05).Conclusion Vertebral pedicle screws and vertebral bone graft fixation applied thoracolumbar fracture treatment, the effect is significant, worthy of wider promotion and application.更多还原
