【摘要】 目的:系统评价羟考酮控释片与氨酚羟考酮镇痛效果及安全性差异。方法:采用循证医学的文献分析评价方法,计算机检索Medline、EMBase、Pubmed、Cochrane图书馆临床对照试验资料库、万方数据、中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI),收集奥施康定控释片与氨酚羟考酮疗效及安全性的随机对照研究。评价纳入研究的方法学质量,提取有效数据,采用Rev Man5.2软件对数据进行Meta分析。结果:共纳入5篇随机对照试验,Meta分析结果显示:羟考酮缓释片与氨酚羟考酮镇痛效果比较,差异无统计学意义(OR=0.91,95%CI 0.54~1.52,P=0.14),两者的不良反应比较,差异无统计学意义(OR=0.58,95%CI 0.20~1.70,P=0.32)。结论:羟考酮缓释片与氨酚羟考酮镇痛效果相当,且两者不良反应相差不大。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To compare the efficacy and safety of Controlled-Release Oxycodone and Oxycodone/Acetaminophen in the treatment of sever pain. Methods Literature analysis based on evidence-based medicine was performed. The literatures of randomized controlled trials on the abirritation efficacy and safety of Controlled-Release Oxycodone and Oxycodone/Acetaminophen from MEDLINE, Embase, Pubmed, CCTR, Wanfang data and CNKI. The quality of involving studies was evaluated. Data were extracted into a specially designed extraction form data analysis was performed by the Cochrane collaboration’s Rev Man5.2 software. Results The meta-analysis of 4 involving RCTs showed that the effect of abirritation of Controlled-Release Oxycodone and Oxycodone/Acetaminophen, had no significant differences,(OR=0.91,95 %CI 0.54 ~ 1.52,P=0.14), and ADR of ControlledRelease Oxycodone and Oxycodone/Acetaminophen was similar((OR=0.58, 95 % CI 0.20 ~ 1.70,P=0.32). Conclusion Both Controlled-Release Oxycodone and Oxycodone/Acetaminophen had the similar effects on abirritation and ADR.更多还原
