【摘要】 目的:观察针灸配合康复训练对早期脑卒中偏瘫患者的康复作用。方法:60例急性脑卒中患者随机分为针灸康复训练组和对照组各30例,观察组在接受常规药物治疗和康复治疗同时的同时配合正规的针灸。对照组仅接受常规药物治疗和康复治疗。两组治疗4周后采用Fugl-Meyer评定患者运动功能,Barthel指数评定患者的日常生活活动。结果:治疗4周后患者用Fugl-Meyer,日常生活能力两组均有改善,但观察组与对照组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针灸配合康复训练对早期脑卒中偏瘫患者的运动功能和日常能力明显改善作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of acupuncture and rehabilitation training on hemiplegic patients due to cerebral stroke. Methods 60 hemiplegic patients due to cerebral stroke were randomly divide into a treatment group(30),and treated with routine drug treatment and rehabilitation training, at the same time the treatment group was accepted acupuncture. The patients’ Fugl-Meyer Motor Assessment and Barthel index of ADL(activities of daily living) were evaluated before and after treatment. Results The Fugl-Meyer Motor Assessment and Barthel index of ADL(activities of daily living) of two groups were improved, but there was a significant improvement in the treatment group(P < 0.05); Couclusion The Fugl-Meyer and ADL of patients with hemiplegic could be significantly improved by acupuncture and rehabilitation training.更多还原
