个性化健康教育护理在初产妇新生儿中的运用
Personalized Health Education Nursing in Mothers and Newborns
【摘要】 目的:探讨个性化健康教育在产程中应用及效果。方法:选取我院2012年5月-2014年6月收治的265例初产妇为研究对象,按照随机数字对照法分为135例观察组,130例对照组。对照组采用常规基础护理措施,观察组在对照组的基础上进行个性化健康教育。对比分析两组初产妇的分娩效果、新生儿护理知识掌握情况。结果:观察组的分娩效果和对新生儿的护理知识掌握情况均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:个性化健康教育护理在初产妇新生儿中的运用有助于提高初产妇的分娩信心,增加新生儿护理知识掌握度,提高新生儿健康水平。
【Abstract】 Objective To study the application and effect of individualized health education in the stages of labor.Methods265 cases primipara from May 2012 to June 2014 treated in our hospital as the research object,according to the random number contrast method is divided into 135 cases of group,130 cases of control group.Control group using conventional basic nursing measures,the team in the control group on the basis of individualized health education.Comparative analysis of two groups of primipara childbirth effect,newborn nursing knowledge.Results the team’s delivery effect and nursing knowledge of newborn were superior to control group,with significant difference statistically significant,(P < 0.05).Conclusion The application of individualized health education nursing in first-time mothers newborn help improve the delivery of primipara confidence,neonatal nursing knowledge,improve the level of newborn health,suitable for clinical promotion.
