杜氏盐藻与4种海洋微藻间的化感作用

【摘要】 利用交叉培养结合高效液相色谱分析的方法,研究了杜氏盐藻与球等鞭金藻、叉鞭金藻、湛江等鞭金藻和小球藻之间的化感作用,并测定了受试后球等鞭金藻和杜氏盐藻的SOD活力.结果表明:(1)杜氏盐藻与球等鞭金藻、青岛叉鞭金藻、湛江等鞭金藻及小球藻之间存在着显著的化感作用,其中,湛江等鞭金藻、青岛叉鞭金藻胞外滤液对杜氏盐藻的生长有明显的抑制作用,杜氏盐藻胞外滤液明显地抑制小球藻的生长;(2)青岛叉鞭金藻、湛江叉鞭金藻、球等鞭金藻和小球藻胞外滤液萃取物分别至少由6种、8种、6种和6种物质组成;(3)微藻胞外滤液对受试藻SOD酶活性有明显影响.

【Abstract】 Together with high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) analysis, the method of cross culture is applied to research the allelopathy among the Dunaliella salina, Isochrysis galbana, Dicrateria inornata, Isochrysis zhangjiangensis and Chlorella vulgaris. Besides, the SOD activity of I. galbana and D. salina is measured. Results indicate that: 1 a significant allelopathy exists among the D. salina, I. galbana, D. inornata, I. zhangjiangensis and C. vulgaris, in which the extracellular filtrate of Isochrysis zhangjiangensis and Dicrateria inornata distinctively inhibits the growth of D. salina; the extracellular filtrate of D. salina inhibits the growth of C. vulgaris. 2 The extracellular filtrate of D. inornata, I. zhangjiangensis, I. galbana and C. vulgaris respectively consists of at least 6, 8, 6, 6 kinds of components; 3 The extracellular filtrate has obvious influence on the SOD enzyme activity of the subjected algae.
