【摘要】 目的探讨中、重度卵巢过度刺激综合征(OHSS)对体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)周期结局的影响及与产科并发症的相关性。方法回顾性分析2002年1月至2012年5月在我院接受IVF/ICSI助孕妊娠的患者,根据患者是否并发中、重度OHSS分为两组:并发中、重度OHSS的妊娠周期(A组,n=665);未并发OHSS的妊娠周期(B组,n=6 520)。比较两组患者的妊娠结局及产科并发症发生率。结果 A组多胎率及周期分娩率显著高于B组,异位妊娠、早期流产的发生率则显著低于B组(P<0.05);两组单胎/双胎晚期流产、早产、极低/低体重儿、围产儿死亡数、有出生缺陷胎儿数等不良妊娠结局及产科并发症发生率比较,均无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论中、重度OHSS的发生未对妊娠结局造成显著不良影响,未显著增加产科并发症及出生缺陷胎儿的发生率,但是应积极避免,并在疾病发生后积极治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To analyze the pregnancy outcome of IVF in patients with moderate and severe ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome(OHSS).Methods:The data of the patients undergone IVF/ICSI in our hospital from January 2002 to June2012 were retrospectively analyzed.The patients were classified into two groups:the patients with moderate and severe OHSS(group A,n=665)and the patients without OHSS(group B,n=6 520).Results:The multiple pregnancy rate and delivery rate in group A were significantly higher than those in group B(P<0.05),while the early miscarriage rate and ectopic pregnancy rate were significantly lower(P<0.05).The rates of late miscarriage,premature infant and low birth weight,perinatal death,birth defect and pregnancy complications including gestational diabetes,gestational hypertension,abnormal amniotic fluid volume and premature rupture of membrane were not significantly different between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Moderate and severe OHSS had no adverse effects on pregnancy outcome and did not increase the rates of obstetric complications and birth defect.更多还原
