【摘要】 目的:分析氟比洛芬酯超前镇痛降低小儿股骨骨折术后自控镇痛舒芬太尼用量的作用。方法:选择2013年10月~2014年8月在我院行弹性髓内针固定术的股骨骨折患儿78例,随机分为对照组和实验组各39例,对照组术后给予舒芬太尼自控镇痛,实验组则在缝皮时给予氟比洛芬酯,术后减少50%舒芬太尼用量,观察两组术后1、4、8、12、24 h疼痛评分、镇静评分、按压镇痛泵次数及用药不良反应发生率。结果:实验组术后1、4、8、12、24 h疼痛评分低于对照组,但差异无统计学意义,P>0.05;实验组镇静评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05;实验组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05;24 h内两组按压镇痛泵次数相近,差异无统计学意义,P>0.05。结论:氟比洛芬酯超前镇痛可以为股骨骨折患儿提供良好的镇痛效果,同时能有效降低舒芬太尼的剂量,减少不良反应发生,安全性更高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To analyze the preemptive analgesia effect of flurbiprofen axetil to reduce the dosage of sufentanil used for postoperative analgesia after the pediatric femoral fracture. Method: From October 2013 to August 2014, 78 children of femoral fracture with elastic intramedullary nail fixation in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, each group with39 cases. The control group was given patient-controlled intravenous analgesia of sufentanil after operation, the experimental group was given flurbiprofen axetil when sewing skin and postoperative reduced 50% dosage of sufentanil. After the operation, observed the pain scores, the sedation scores, the numbers of press analgesia pump in 1 h, 4 h, 8 h, 12 h and 24 h and the incidence of adverse drug reactions.Results: After the operation, the pain scores of experimental group in 1 h, 4 h, 8 h, 12 h and 24 h were lower than the control group, but the difference was not statistically significant, P >0.05; the sedation scores of experimental group were lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant, P<0.05; the incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group, with statistically significant difference, P<0.05; and the numbers of press analgesia pump in the two groups were similar,with no significant difference, P>0.05. Conclusion: Preemptive analgesia with flurbiprofen axetil can provide good analgesic effect for children with fracture, at the same time can effectively reduce the dosage of sufentanil and the occurrence of adverse reactions, and with higher safety.更多还原
