【摘要】 目的:观察恩替卡韦治疗HBe Ag阳性慢性乙型肝炎48周后乙肝病毒血清标志物含量与HBV-DNA含量的关系。方法:选取2011年3月~2013年6月期间于本院就诊的HBe Ag阳性慢性乙型肝炎患者58例,给予恩替卡韦0.5 mg口服,1次/d,随访48周。结果:经过48周恩替卡韦治疗后ALT复常率77.59%,HBV-DNA转阴率72.41%,HBe Ag转阴率39.66%,HBe Ag血清转换率27.59%。治疗过程中HBe Ag、HBV-DNA定量值均呈下降趋势,随着治疗时间的延长,HBe Ag、HBV-DNA定量值持续下降,两者之间存在显著的正相关性,且具有统计学意义(R=0.801,P<0.05);但HBs Ag定量与血清HBe Ag、HBV-DNA变化水平之间无显著关系(P>0.05)。结论:恩替卡韦有明显抑制血清HBV-DNA复制和提高HBe Ag血清学转换的作用,HBe Ag基线水平可以预测恩替卡韦治疗HBe Ag阳性慢性乙肝患者的HBe Ag血清学转换率。HBe Ag含量变化与HBV-DNA含量变化存在显著的正相关性,HBs Ag含量变化与HBV-DNA含量变化无明显相关性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the relationship of serum markers of hepatitis B virus and HBV-DNA contents after 48 weeks’ entecavir therapy in the treatment of HBe Ag positive chronic hepatitis B.Methods:From March 2011 to June 2013,58 patients of HBe Ag positive chronic hepatitis B in our hospital were given the entecavir(0.5 mg/d) orally,and they were followed up for 48 weeks.Results:After 48 weeks of treatment,the recovery rate of ALT was 77.59%,the negative conversion rate of HBV-DNA was 72.41%,the negative conversion rate of HBe Ag was 39.66%,and the seroconversion rate of HBe Ag was 27.59%.In the course of treatment,HBe Ag and HBV-DNA quantitative value decreased,and with the extension of treatment time,HBe Ag and HBV-DNA quantitative value continued to decline.Obviously,there was a significant positive correlation between the two factors and it showed statistical significance(R=0.801,P<0.05); but there was no significant relationship between HBs Ag quantitative and serum HBe Ag,HBV-DNA levels(P>0.05).Conclusion:Entecavir can inhibit the replication of HBe Ag and increase serum HBV-DNA serological conversion function; and the baseline of HBe Ag levels can predict HBe Ag seroconversion rate of HBe Ag positive chronic hepatitis B patients in the treatment of entecavir.Changes of HBV-DNA content and HBe Ag content show a significant positive correlation,and there is no significant correlation between changes in HBV-DNA content and HBs Ag content.更多还原
