【摘要】 对苏州市职业大学2012级大学生体育公选课的普通班与"快易网球"休闲班教学进行调查和统计,阐述"快易网球"的特点,明确大学休闲体育课程的内涵,论述大学开设"快易网球"休闲体育课程的社会价值.调查结果表明:在认可度及对体育教学内容兴趣方面,男生休闲班高于普通班,女生则是普通班高于休闲班;休闲班注重的是运动体验、运动技术和精神方面的教学内容,对提高个人的修养和掌握运动技术水平的预期目标比普通班更为强烈."快易网球"的教学内容不仅让学生学会了运动技能,还促进了学生的心理健康.更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper investigates and compares the teaching of both the normal open class of physical education and the leisure class of "Quick & Easy Tennis" for Class 2012 in Suzhou Vocational University. Meanwhile,it expounds the characteristics of "Quick & Easy Tennis",clarifies the contents of college leisure physical education curricula and discusses the social value of launching such curricula as "Quick & Easy Tennis". The investigation shows the following facts: boy students in leisure class show higher acceptance and interest than those in normal class while girl students in normal class show higher acceptance and interest than those in leisure class;leisure class focuses on the experience,skills and spirits of sports,showing higher expectations of personal cultivation and mastery of sports skills. In conclusion,"Quick & Easy Tennis" not only helps students master sports skills but promote their psychological health as well.更多还原
