一种新型数字高频信号发生器的研制
The Design of a New Type Digital High Frequent Signal Generator
【摘要】 为设计一种基于三点式振荡的高频信号发生器,通过设计LC振荡电路、锁相环电路、方波产生电路、输出驱动电路、AD和DA电路,配合单片机智能自动软件控制,打破了传统的机械控制方式,实现了数字调节功能,使调节更精确,并增强了系统的可靠性和持久性。幅值范围0~10V,波形输出最大能达到100M,可选择正弦波、方波等。实际测试验证了信号发生器的准确性和有效性。
【Abstract】 In order to design a new type high frequent signal generator based on three-point oscillation,according to design LC oscillation circuit、phase locked loop circuit、square wave producing circuit、output driver circuit、AD and DA circuit and use intelligent automatic control software,which break traditional and mechanical control method.It is realized digital regulation and strengthen system’s reliability.The system work stable and reliable to meet the design requirements。The outputs with amplitude 0-10 V and the max frequency 100 Mhz was supplied,including triangle,rectangle and so on.Its accuracy and efficiency have been confirmed in usage.
