多电平技术在直驱型风力发电中的应用
The Multilevel Technology Application in Direct Driving Type of Wind Power
【摘要】 由于全球范围内面临着能源危机和环境问题,因此新的清洁能源发电逐渐受到世界的广泛关注,其中风力发电正在被研究和开发中,取得了长足的进展。本文在研究二极管箝位H桥型逆变单元电路的基础上,将两个功率单元级联输出,构成二极管箝位级联型逆变器。文章详细的分析了二极管箝位H桥逆变单元和混合箝位型逆变器的相关知识,并给出了两种电路的仿真结果。分析结果表明:级联后可以提高输出电压等级,减少总的谐波系数,电流波形更接近于正弦。
【Abstract】 Globally because of facing the energy crisis and environmental problems,so the new clean energy power generation has gradually attracted extensive attention of the world,in which the wind power is in research and development,has made considerable progress.Based on the study of diode clamping H bridge inverter circuit, it outputs two cascade power unit to form A diode clamping cascade inverter. The article analysis of the relevant knowledge of the diode clamped H bridge inverter unit and hybrid clamped inverter in detail. The simulation results of two kinds of circuit is given. The analysis results shows that the cascade can improves the output voltage level and reduces the harmonic coefficients of the total. It is more close to sinusoidal current waveform.
