制草乌低温超微粉碎研究

【摘要】 目的研究制草乌粉碎成不同粒径粉末的粉体特性和溶出度,为制草乌相关制剂研究提供依据。方法采用振动式低温超微粉碎机对制草乌进行粉碎,每3min取样,检测样品粒径、比表面积、孔隙率、密度、黏附性、接触角等物理参数及体外累积溶出百分率。结果随着粉碎时间的增加,粒径逐渐减小,制草乌粉体物理参数均有不同程度的改变,体外溶出速率逐渐增加。结论制草乌低温超微粉碎后粒径小,粒径分布均匀,且溶出速率及溶出量增加,有助于后续制剂及质量研究。

【Abstract】 Objective To study Kusnezoffii powders characteristics and solubility of Kusnezoffii crushed into powder of different particle sizes,and provide the basis for the study of Kusnezoffii preparation. Methods The Kusnezoffii was crushed by using the vibration type lowtemperature ultrafine pulverizer,every 3min sampling. Then the sample size,specific surface area,porosity,density,adhesion,contact angle and other physical parameters and the accumulative release percentage in vitro were tested. Results With the time of smashing increased,the particle size gradually decreases,Kusnezoffii powder’s physical parameters were changed in different degree,dissolution in vitro increased. Conclusion After the low temperature ultrafine grinding,the powder has the characteristics of small particle size,uniform particle size distribution,and the dissolution rate increase,which are helpful for the further study on the preparation and quality.
