【Abstract】 The innovation in the mode of developing college student backbones is an important mark,which leads major issues like "what kind of students"college cultivates and "how to cultivates students"to further researches. However,the key of this innovation lies in the development and formation of sustainable leadership in student backbones in terms of theories of sustainable leadership.Based on the definition and connotation of theories of sustainable leadership,this paper analyses the current situation of college student backbones’ leadership and puts forward the institutional frame and main strategies.更多还原
