【Abstract】 The construction of legal mechanism of fiduciary obligation of the actual controller requires not only the consolidation of the entity, but also the guarantee of the mechanism. Without the mechanism guarantee,rights are just empty slogans. The improvement of the mechanism is essential to the construction of legal mechanism of fiduciary obligation of the actual controller. To improve the mechanism, we need to consolidate,optimize, and develop the procedural guarantee mechanism, supervision guarantee mechanism, and liability ascertainment mechanism.更多还原
