【摘要】 [目的]观察通络醒脑方联合西药治疗脑梗死急性期疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将68例住院患者按抛硬币法简单随机分为两组。对照组34例抗血小板聚集、抗凝、调脂、调控血压及血糖,脑神经保护及对症支持治疗、并发症治疗等。治疗组34例通络醒脑方(天麻12g,半夏、胆南星、地龙各10g,全蝎5g,石菖蒲20g,川芎12g,鸡血藤30g,水蛭、大黄各10g,丹参12g,甘草5g),1剂/d,水煎200m L,早晚分服;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗14d为1疗程。观测临床症状、NIHSS评分、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组临床控制8例,显效19例,有效4例,无效3例,总有效率91.18%。对照组临床控制5例,显效6例,有效13例,无效10例,总有效率70.59%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。NIHSS评分两组均有改善(P<0.01),治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]通络醒脑方联合西药治疗脑梗死急性期疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。更多还原
