【摘要】 更年期综合症病理生理是卵巢功能下降和垂体促性腺激素水平升高,卵巢功能衰退,雌激素合成及分泌能力下降,使血浆雌激素水平降低,对下丘脑—垂体的负反馈作用减弱,出现继发性下丘脑—垂体功能亢进,血浆促性腺激素水平增高。病因病机为肾气渐衰,天癸将竭,阴阳失衡,脑—肾—冲任—胞宫轴对人体阴阳调节失常。临床表现在神经精神、月经变化、雌激素低下等上。治疗以中西医治疗为主,西医治疗强调心理治疗、激素治疗、对症治疗;中医治疗则为辨证论治,分为肝气郁结、气郁化火、气结痰阻、心神失养、心脾两虚、肝肾阴虚等型。标本兼治,疗效更佳,无严重不良反应,值得推广。更多还原
