【摘要】 [目的]观察疏肝汤联合西药治疗冠心病血运重建术后心绞痛疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将82例住院患者按病志号抽签简单随机分为两组。冠心病二级预防,双联抗血小板,他汀,β受体阻断剂,硝酸酯类等。对照组41例复方丹参滴丸,270mg/次,3次/d。治疗组41例疏肝汤(柴胡、枳壳、川芎、延胡索、丹参各10g,白芍15g,香附10g,甘草5g;气郁化火加钩藤15g,去香附;腹胀纳差、苔白腻加白术12g,莱菔子15g),1剂/d,水煎200m L,早晚口服。连续治疗28d为1疗程。观测临床症状、心绞痛、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效27例,有效11例,无效3例,总有效率92.68%。对照组显效14例,有效15例,无效12例,总有效率70.73%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。硝酸甘油两组用量均有改善(P<0.01),治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]疏肝汤联合西药治疗冠心病血运重建术后心绞痛疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。更多还原
