臌胀误治及对策
Distention Mistreatment and Countermeasures
【摘要】 臌胀是临床常见病症,常见误治原因有不辨虚实、阴虚滥用温阳渗利、不辨病邪性质、血臌忽于理气、水臌不知从肺论治等。防范前提在于辨清气血虚实,鉴别不同类证。据证施治,是避免误治的关键所在。
【Abstract】 Distention is a common clinical disorder, commonly cited reasons for mistreatment distention caused by misuse is not distinguish the actual situation, Yin Yang and infiltration Lee distention caused by abuse is wrong, do not distinguish Evils distention caused by misuse nature, suddenly swollen blood in Qi Mistakes, I do not know from ascites caused by misuse of governance, such as the lungs. Distention mistreatment precautions premise that blood discern the actual situation, identify the different types of card. It permits differentiation is the key to avoid mistreatment.
