【Abstract】 The single or combined administration of Raltitrexed with other anticancer drugs have showed prospective curative effects on solid tumor.This paper reviews the current research situation of Raltitrexed against malignant tumor and explores the possibilities for the efficacy and mechanism in treatment of mahgnant tumor.Raltitrexed is one kind of effective anti cancer drugs and plays a more and more important role in solid tumor therapy.更多还原
