【摘要】 通过审视制造业的零库存管理思想及其在实际应用中存在的误区,分析了制造业的零库存管理现状,指出企业要结合自身的生产运营模式,科学合理地降低库存,不能片面地理解或曲解零库存的真正含义和作用,更不能为了追求零库存而盲目地简单模仿、照搬教条,从而影响到正常的生产运营。进而从供应链的视角探讨了零库存管理模式,为企业的零库存管理澄清思想,为合理库存实践提供理论支持和正确导向。更多还原

【Abstract】 The paper examines the zero inventory management idea in manufacturing industry and existing misunderstandings in its practical application,analyzes its current situation and suggests that enterprises should combine their own production and operation mode to reduce inventory scientifically and reasonably instead of one- sided understanding or misinterpreting the true meaning and function of zero inventory,or pursuing zero inventory so as to blindly simple imitation which affects the regular production and operation. This paper studies the inventory management mode from the perspective of supply chain,clarifies the zero inventory management idea,and provides theoretical support and correct direction for reasonable inventory practice.更多还原
