【摘要】 目的探索健康教育与健康促进对儿童意外伤害防范管理的作用,减少儿童意外伤害发生,减少儿童致残和死亡。方法对深圳市盐田辖区幼儿园学龄前儿童看护人在健康教育和健康促进前后进行儿童意外伤害知信行情况调查并进行比较。结果看护人在健康教育与健康促进前认为儿童意外伤害可预防占87.45%,而之后认为意外伤害可预防上升至99.31%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=65.156,P=0.000);看护人在健康教育与健康促进前急救知识都知道的仅12.72%,而之后都知道62.02%,前后比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=80.931,P=0.000);看护人在健康教育与健康促进前认为儿童意外伤害可致残62.72%,而之后认为可致残上升到87.29%,前后比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=92.362,P=0.000);看护人在健康教育与健康促进前认为儿童意外伤害是儿童第一死因占55.92%,而之后认为是第一死因上升到99.30%,前后比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=310.835,P=0.000)。结论深圳市盐田辖区幼儿园学龄前儿童看护人儿童意外伤害知信行情况不乐观,儿童意外伤害健康教育和健康促进很有必要,实践经验值得推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the preventive effect of health education and health promotion on unintentional injuries of preschoolers so as to reduce the occurrence of children’s unintentional injuries,permanent disability and death. Methods We surveyed and compared knowledge,attitude and behavior of unintentional injuries in preschoolers’ care givers in kindergartens of Yantian District,Shenzhen City before and after health education and health promotion. Results Before and after health education and health promotion,there were statistically significant differences in the care givers’ awareness rate in the cognition that unintentional child injuries could be prevented(87.45%vs 99.31%,χ2=65.156,P=0.000),in rescue knowledge(12.72% vs 62.02%,χ2=80.931,P=0.000),in the fact that unintentional injuries could induce physical disability(62.72%vs 87.29%,χ2=92.362,P=0.000)and in the knowledge that unintentional child injuries were the first cause of death in preschoolers(55.92%vs99.30%,χ2=310.835,P=0.000). Conclusions The knowledge,attitude and behavior of unintentional child injuries in the preschoolers’ care givers in kindergartens of Yantian District,Shenzhen City are unsatisfactory.It is necessary to conduct health education and health promotion of unintentional child injuries and popularize the related experience.更多还原
