【摘要】 目的研究HIV/AIDS患者外周血血常规检测指标与CD4+、CD8+淋巴细胞的相关性,寻求简易、廉价、高效、稳定的艾滋病病程的监测指标。方法采用回归分析等方法对282份HIV/AIDS患者血样白细胞(WBC)、淋巴细胞计数(W-SCC)、中性粒细胞计数(W-LCC)、红细胞(RBC)、血红蛋白浓度(HGB)、血小板(PLT)和CD4+、CD8+淋巴细胞数的相关性进行研究。结果 HIV/AIDS患者中血常规指标异常率较高,主要检测指标均在参考值范围内的仅占32.98%。HIV/AIDS患者血中WBC、W-SCC、W-LCC、RBC、HGB、PLT指标与CD4+淋巴细胞的相关关系均有统计学意义,相关系数分别为0.359、0.499、0.138、0.172、0.121、0.150。用W-SCC(x)估算CD4+淋巴细胞计数(y)的方程为y=101.32x+122.02。结论 HIV/AIDS患者淋巴细胞计数指标与CD4+淋巴细胞相关性较强,可以将其作为反映HIV/AIDS患者机体免疫状况及疾病发展阶段的一个重要指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the correlations between routine blood test indexes and CD4+,CD8+cell count so as to look for a simple,inexpensive,efficient and stable indicator for AIDS progression monitoring. Methods Regression analysis were applied to study the correlations between WBC,W-SCC,W-LCC,RBC,HGB,PLT and CD4+,CD8+cell count in 282 blood samples of HIV/AIDS patients. Results The abnormal rate of the routine blood test indexes among the HIV/AIDS patients was high,and the main test indexes of only 32.98% samples fell within the reference ranges.WBC,WSCC,W-LCC,RBC,HGB and PLT were positively correlated with CD4+cell count,and the correlation coefficients were0.359,0.499,0.138,0.172,0.121 and 0.150 respectively.The equation between W-SCC(x)and CD4+cell count(y)was as follow:y=101.32x+122.02. Conclusions The correlation between W-SCC and CD4+cell count in the HIV/AIDS patients is strong.W-SCC can be considered as an important indicator of immune status and disease development stage in HIV/AIDS patients.更多还原
