【摘要】 目的研究多耐药肺结核患者外周血中CD4细胞、CD8细胞与腺苷脱氨酶的相关性。方法对47例多耐药肺结核患者外周血中CD4细胞、CD8细胞、CD4/CD8及血清腺苷脱氨酶(ADA)进行检测与分析。结果多耐药肺结核患者外周血中CD4细胞、CD8细胞、CD4/CD8及血清腺苷脱氨酶(ADA)检测结果分别为(481.53±293.28)个/μl、(376.68±239.62)个/μl、(1.46±0.60)、(17.40±8.06)U/L,相关性分析显示CD4、CD8、CD4/CD8与ADA相关系数分别为0.066、0.053、0.141,P均>0.05。结论多耐药肺结核患者外周血中CD4细胞、CD8细胞及CD4/CD8与血清腺苷脱氨酶(ADA)无相关性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the correlations between adenosine deaminase( ADA) and CD4 cells,CD8 cells in peripheral blood of multidrug- resistant pulmonary tuberculosis patients. Methods CD4 cells,CD8 cells,CD4 / CD8 and serum ADA in peripheral blood of 47 patients with multidrug- resistant pulmonary tuberculosis were tested and analyzed.
