ICP-OES测定大米中镉的方法研究
Detection of cadmium in rice by inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry
【摘要】 目的建立电感耦合等离子体发射光谱(ICP-OES)测定大米中镉含量的分析方法。方法用微波消解法消化样品,微波消解前后用加热方式进行样品的预消化及赶酸处理,ICP-OES法测定。结果样品消解完全。镉浓度在0~5.0 mg/L范围内线性好,r=0.9999,方法的检出限为0.02 mg/kg。三个浓度水平下的相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.42%~2.32%,回收率在86.0%~108.3%之间,结果符合检测方法确认的技术要求。结论 ICP-OES简便、灵敏度高,准确度和精密度好,可用于大米中镉含量的测定。
【Abstract】 Objective To develop a method for rapid determination of cadmium in rice by inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometer(ICP-OES). Methods The samples were digested by microwave digestion,and then measured by ICP-OES. Results The samples were digested completely. Good linearity was obtained in a range of 0-5. 0 mg/L,with the correlation coefficient of 0. 9999. The limit of detection(LOD) was 0. 02 mg/kg. The recoveries were found in the ranges of 86.0%-108. 3% at the 3 levels of concentrations,with the relative standard deviation(RSD) of 0. 42%-2. 32%. The determination results accorded with the technical requirements of the test method. Conclusions The inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometer(ICP-OES) is convenient,sensitive,accurate,precise and available to determine the cadmium in rice.
