【摘要】 目的了解高原风电场运行维护作业过程中的主要职业病危害因素,为制定与之相适应的职业病防治措施提供依据。方法采用职业卫生流行病学调查和工作场所职业病危害因素现场监测方法等进行综合评价分析。结果高原风电场运行维护作业存在高原缺氧、强紫外线照射、干燥、低温等高原特殊气侯及强制体位、噪声、自然疫源性疾病、职业性心理紧张、电磁辐射等职业性危害因素。结论高原风电场运行维护作业人员应按照《职业病防治法》的要求,针对高原风电场运行维护作业的特殊性制定适宜的工作场所健康促进综合性干预措施,保护作业人员身体健康。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives To identify and analyze occupational hazards related to operation and maintenance of wind farms in the plateau,and to provide scientific basis for policy making in prevention and control of wind farm associated occupational hazards.Methods The occupational hazards in the operation and maintenance of wind farms in the plateau were comprehensively evaluated and analyzed with the methods of epidemiological investigation of occupational health and site monitoring of occupational hazard factors in workplace. Results Many factors contributed to the plateau wind farm associated occupational hazards,including high altitude anoxia,strong ultraviolet radiation,dry climate,low temperature and some other special plateau climate,as well as mandatory position,noise,natural focus diseases,occupational psychological stress and electromagnetic radiation. Conclusions The prevention of occupational hazards related to the operation and maintenance of the plateau wind farms should follow The Law of People’s Republic of China on Prevention and Control of Occupational Diseases. Comprehensive intervention measures should be formulated based on the special conditions of the plateau wind farms to promote the health of the workers.更多还原
