【摘要】 目的分析不同出生体重早产儿婴儿期体重、身长、头围追赶生长特征,为早产儿临床干预提供依据。方法85例早产儿按出生体重分为低出生体重组、正常出生体重组,生后12月内监测体重、身长、头围等指标。采用Z评分法计算各月龄组三项指标Z值及△Z值中位数。结果低出生体重组体重、身长、头围Z值上升幅度优于正常出生体重组,至生后12月仍低于正常出生体重组。低出生体重组体重、身长、头围Z值中位数>0的月龄分别是5、9、12月,正常出生体重组分别是3、5、9月。生后6月内两组三项指标△Z值均>0;△Z值均随月龄组递增呈下降趋势。结论早产儿1岁以内体重、身长和头围均出现追赶生长,均具有先快后慢的特征。体重追赶生长具有出现月龄早、平均水平赶上参考标准的月龄提前等特征。低出生体重早产儿更具生长潜力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the catch- up growth features of premature infants with different birth weight within the first year after birth in terms of weight,height and head circumference,so as to provide basis for clinical intervention of premature infants. M ethods Totally,8 5 premature infants were divided into low birth weight group and normal birth weight group. Growth indices like weight,height and head circumference were monitored regularly within 12 months after birth. The medians of Z and △Z values for the three indices were evaluated by Z score method. Results The rise of Z values of the weight,height and head circumference of the infants in the low birth weight group was greater than that in the normal birth weight group.However,their Z values were still lower than those in the normal birth weight group till the 12 th month after birth. The medians of Z values of weight,height and head circumference began to be greater than 0 from the 5th,9th,12 th month after birth in the low birth weight group,while from the 3th,5th,9th month in the normal birth weight group. The △Z values of weight,height and head circumference were all greater than 0 in both groups within 6 months after birth. The △Z values decreased with the increase of age. Conclusions The premature infants have catch- up growth of weight,height and head circumference within the first year after birth,featured by growing faster first and then slowing down. The catch- up growth of weight appears earlier,and its average time for catching up with the reference is in advance. Premature infants with low birth weight have greater growth potential.更多还原
