【摘要】 根据2010年邵阳市城乡60~64岁和65~69岁两年龄组男、女老人的体质测试结情况,对邵阳市城乡老人的身体机能和素质状况的差异分别进行了比较研究.研究结果显示,邵阳市乡村老年人在身体机能方面优于城市,但身体素质方面却稍逊于城市,且存在性别和年龄差异.针对上述结果,本研究提出了相应的建议,以提高邵阳市老年人的体质健康水平.更多还原

【Abstract】 According to the results of constitution monitoring of 2 age groups of 60 ~ 64 and 65 ~ 69 in 2010,we studied the difference of the aspects of function indexes and quality parameters of the aged in urban and rural of Shaoyang City comparatively and separately. The results showed that the rural aged were superior to the urban aged in the aspects of function indexes,but were slightly inferior to the urban aged in the aspects of quality parameters,the sex and age differences existed in it. According to such result,our study gave relevant suggestions,in order to improve the level of physical health of the aged of Shaoyang City.更多还原
