【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the value of color Doppler ultrasound in diagnosis of congenital portal vein malformations. Methods Color Doppler ultrasound examinations were performed in 12 patients with portal vein malformations and the sonographic traits were reviewed and analyzed. Results Nine patients with cavernous transformation of partal vein, 2 patients with intrahepatic portal-vein fistula and 1 patient with portal stenosis were consistent with those of CT examination in 9 patients. Conclusion The color Doppler ultrasound is valuable in the diagnosis of the congenital portal vein malformations.更多还原
