【摘要】 目的观察下肢CT静脉造影诊断下肢深静脉血栓的临床价值。方法回顾性分析2012年3月至2013年12月来我院进行治疗的下肢深静脉血栓患者28例的临床资料,对比多普勒超声以及CT静脉造影诊断下肢深静脉血栓的准确性。结果 28例患者中,以多普勒超声作为诊断的金标准,CT静脉造影诊断下肢深静脉血栓的灵敏度为100%,而诊断的特异性为96%,CT静脉造影未能准确显示股深静脉血栓。结论下肢CT静脉造影诊断下肢深静脉血栓具有极高的临床价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical value of CT venous angiography in the diagnosis of lower extremity deep vein thrombosis.Methods The clinical data of 28 patients with lower extremity deep vein thrombosis were retrospectively analyed from March 2012 to December 2013 in our hospital,Doppler ultrasound and CT venous imaging diagnostic accuracy were then compared.Results Of 28 cases,Doppler ultrasound for the diagnosis was regarded as the gold standard,the sensitivity of CT vein angiography in the diagnosis of lower limb deep vein thrombosis was 100%,the specificity was 96%,only one deep vein thrombosis failed to accurately be displayed by CT vein angiography.Conclusion CT venous imaging diagnosis of lower extremity deep vein thrombosis has high clinical value.更多还原
