【摘要】 目的观察动脉栓塞化疗联合微波消融治疗肝癌的临床疗效。方法选取2010年6月—2012年10月肥城市中医医院内科收治的肝癌患者96例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组48例。对照组患者采用微波消融治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用动脉栓塞化疗。比较两组患者治疗前后血清甲胎蛋白(AFP)水平、临床疗效及1、2年生存率。结果两组患者治疗前血清AFP水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者治疗后血清AFP水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者临床疗效优于对照组(u=2.045,P=0.040)。观察组患者治疗后1、2年生存率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论动脉栓塞化疗联合微波消融治疗肝癌的临床疗效确切,能够有效降低患者血清AFP水平,提高患者生存率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical effect of arterial chemoembolization combined with microwave ablation on liver cancer. Methods From June 2010 to October 2012,a total of 96 patients with liver cancer were selected in the Third Department of Internal Medicine, Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Feicheng, and they were randomly divided into control group and observation group,48 cases in each. Patients of control group were treated by microwave ablation, while patients of observation group were treated by arterial chemoembolization on the basis of control group. Serum AFP level before and after treatment,clinical effect and 1- year,2- year survival rate were compared between the two groups. Results Before treatment,no statistically significant differences of serum AFP level was found between the two groups( P > 0. 05); after treatment,serum AFP level of observation group was statistically significant lower than that of control group( P < 0. 05).
