【摘要】 随着国家对精神卫生的重视,社区精神卫生工作内涵也逐渐深化。如何对精神疾病高危人群进行有效预警管理,如何让精神病患者更好地回归家庭,进而融进社会纳入社区,加强管理力度,是当前值得探索和创新的道路。物联网技术及云计算的普及有助于精神病患者和高危人群发作期监测、早期预警和干预,三网融合为其提供了预防性、预测性、人性化、参与性的医疗健康服务。本研究依据本院积累经验,提出构建基于三网融合为前提的社区精神病患者及高危人群健康管理模式,探讨其内涵、构建思路及研究内容,从而为社区精神病患者及高危人群发作期监测、早期预警和干预等领域的研究提供参考和借鉴,为卫生事业管理人员带来启示。更多还原

【Abstract】 With national attention on mental health,community mental health connotation gradually deepened. How to conduct effective early warning management of mental illness on high- risk groups? How to make mental patients a better return to the family,to integrate into the society? Into community,strengthen management,and is currently one worth exploring and innovative way. Internet of Things and the popularity of Cloud Computing contribute to attack of surveillance,early warning and intervention of community mental patients and high- risk groups,Three- Network Convergence provides preventive,predictive,personalized,participatory healthcare services. On the basis of the accumulated experience of the hospital,proposed construction of health management model of community mental patients and high- risk groups based on Three- Network Convergence,analyzed its composition,construction ideas and research contents,not only to provide reference for the research field of attack of surveillance,early warning and intervention of community mental patients and high- risk groups,but also to bring inspiration for health care management staffs.更多还原
